Description

This automatic cocoa butter extraction machine is a hydraulic box press for hydraulically pressing cocoa paste into cocoa butter and cocoa cakes with different residual cocoa butter contents. The cocoa cake is then processed into cocoa powder. The cocoa oil press is an important equipment for producing low-fat cocoa powder. The electronic control system of the whole pressing system adopts intelligent PLC control and fully automatic operation.

Structural Features of Cocoa Butter Extraction Machine:

• The charging system and pressing system of the hydraulic press use separate and independent pressing boxes.
• The pressing box adopts a combined method, and the number of pressing boxes can be freely selected from 4 cylinders to 12 cylinders according to production needs.
• The squeeze box adopts a unique filtering structure, which can realize automatic filtering without using filter cloth.
• The hydraulic pump valve system used in the hydraulic system, the ultra-high working pressure and the unique “end face oil” method, the solid-liquid separation of materials is more thorough.
